BOURBON BARREL SMOKED CHEESE BAKE
W/CRUMBLED BACON & PEPPER JELLY GLAZE

Ingredients
3 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
12 oz. Softened Cream Cheese
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Sour Cream
10 Slices Crispy Cooked Crumbled Bacon
½ Cup Captain Rodney’s Original Boucan Glaze
BARREL PROOF Bourbon Barrel Bark Chips (1 handful)
Instructions
Heat smoker to 300 degrees. (Cook with indirect heat.)
Combine shredded cheese, cream cheese, mayo and sour cream in a foil pan until uniform.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon liberally.
Throw a handful of BARREL PROOF Bourbon Barrel Bark Chips into the smoker.
Once the smoke becomes thin and blue, place the cheese bake on the grate and allow to smoke for 15-20 minutes until melted and edges are bubbling.
Remove from smoker and drizzle glaze liberally over the cheese bake. Enjoy with crackers, pita chips or tortilla chips.
